Final Order Entered: 1. The rates and charges proposed by Kentucky Power in Tariff NMS II are denied. 2. The rates and charges for Kentucky Power’s Tariff NMS II, as set forth in Appendix A to this Order, are fair, just and reasonable rates, and these rates are approved for service rendered on and after May 15, 2021. 3. Kentucky Power’s Tariff NMS II shall be modified as described in this Order. 4. Kentucky Power’s Tariff NMS I is approved. 5. Kentucky Power shall refund to or collect from customers all amounts collected between January 14, 2021, and May 14, 2021, in excess of or less than the Tariff NMS II rates approved in this Order. 6. Within 30 days of the date of this order, Kentucky Power shall file with the Commission its proposed plan for refunding all amounts collected in excess of the Tariff NMS II rates approved in this Order. 7. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Kentucky Power shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates, charges, and modifications approved or as required herein and reflecting their effective date and that they were authorized by this Order. 8. This case is now closed and removed from the Commission’s docket. |

Order Entered: 1. Kentucky Power’s proposed rates are suspended for five months, up to and including, January 13, 2021. 2. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 3. a. The Commission expects the original documents to be filed with the Commission within 30 days of the lifting of the current state of emergency.
