Kevin Wilkins, if appropriate, or Wilkins, LLC, shall have 20 days from the date of service of this Order to have an attorney licensed to practice law in Kentucky file an amended complaint with the Commission that conforms to the requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Section 20(1), and that states a prima facie case. 3. Failure to file a properly filed, timely amended complaint in this case, which establishes a prima facie case in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 20, shall result in dismissal without prejudice. 4.
