Complainants’ Motion for Emergency Relief, Motion to Cease and Desist, Motion for Default Judgment, and Motion to Incorporate are denied. 3. Complainants shall have 20 days from the service date of this Order to file an amended complaint with the Commission that conforms to the requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Section 20(1)(c), and which states a prima facie case. 4. A copy of this Order shall be served on the Complainants, Teresa Biagi and Raphe Ellis, by U.S. certified mail, return receipt requested at 1585 Butler Inn Road, Worthville, Kentucky 41098. 5. If Complainants do not file an amended complaint within 20 days of the date of this Order, their complaint shall be dismissed without prejudice and removed from the Commission’s docket.
