Certifies that it, or its agent, possesses the facilities to receive electronic transmissions; and b. Sets forth the electronic mail address to which all electronic notices and messages related to this proceeding shall be served. 5. The first semi-annual in person update shall be held at the offices of the Commission, 211 Sower Blvd., Frankfort, KY 40601 on April 21, 2026, at 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. 6. Commission Staff shall file an agenda into the record two weeks prior to the in-person update.

Order Entered: 1. This case is established to monitor the necessity and expenditures related to Mill Creek 6 as set forth in Case No. 2025-00045. 2. LG&E/KU shall respond to all requests for information from Commission Staff whether set forth in a procedural schedule or not. 3. With 30 days of receipt of this Order, LG&E/KU should file a proposed date for the first semi-annual in-person update. 4. A copy of this opening Order should be served to all parties granted intervention in Case No. 2025-00045 as set forth in footnote 10 on page 5 of this Order. 5. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. The Commission directs the parties to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085 regarding filings with the Commission.
