Notice to Place Rates Into Effect

Order Entered: 1. Atmos’s proposed PM rates are suspended for one day, to October 2, 2026. 2. Atmos’s proposed PM rates may be placed in effect by Atmos on or after October 2, 2026, pending the final Order in this matter and subject to refund, provided Atmos provides written notice to the Commission of its intention to do so as required by KRS 278.190(2). 3. If Atmos places proposed rates into effect subject to refund prior to a final Order being issued in this matter, Atmos shall maintain its records in a manner as will enable it, or the commission, or any of its customers, to determine the amounts to be refunded and to whom due in the event a refund is ordered. 4. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 5. Atmos shall respond to all requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, whether identified on a procedural schedule or otherwise, as provided in those requests. 6. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. The Commission directs the parties to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085 regarding filings with the Commission.
