Order Entered: 1. Duke Kentucky’s proposed Rider PMM charges are suspended up to January 1, 2027. 2. Duke Kentucky’s proposed Rider PMM charges may be placed in effect by Duke Kentucky on or after January 1, 2027, pending the final Order in this matter and subject to refund, provided Duke Kentucky files written notice to the Commission of its intention to do so as required by KRS 278.190(2). 3. If Duke Kentucky files notice of its intention to place the proposed Rider PMM charges into effect after the end of the suspension period, Duke Kentucky shall maintain its records in such manner as will allow it, the Commission, or any customer to determine the amounts to be refunded and to whom in the event a refund is ordered upon final resolution of this matter. 4. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 5. Duke Kentucky shall response to all requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, whether identified on the procedural schedule or otherwise, as provided in those requests. 6. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. The Commission directs the parties to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085 regarding filings with the Commission.
