Final Order Entered: 1. Apache’s request for a declaratory order is granted. 2. Apache is authorized to implement a PRP surcharge of $0.6024 per Mcf effective July 1, 2026. The surcharge shall be reviewed in Apache’s next annual PRP filing in 2027, at which time the Commission will determine the appropriate PRP surcharge rate based on the utility’s updated revenue requirements, debt service obligations, and actual surcharge collections. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Apache shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth revised PRP rates approved or as required herein and reflecting their effective date and that they were authorized by this Order. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket. |
