Order Entered: 1. Columbia Kentucky’s July 29, 2024 motion for confidential treatment is granted. 2. The designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order shall not be placed on the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period or until further order of this Commission. 3. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Columbia Kentucky shall inform the Commission if the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment. 5. If a nonparty to this proceeding requests to inspect the material granted confidential treatment by this Order and the period during which the material has been granted confidential treatment has not expired, Columbia Kentucky shall have 30 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the material still falls within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If Columbia Kentucky is unable to make such demonstration, the requested material shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, the Commission shall deny the request for inspection.

Order Entered nunc pro tunc: 1. The following is stricken from page 2 of the Final Order: Columbia Kentucky’s report sets out a current quarter Actual Cost Adjustment (ACA) of ($0.2187) per Mcf. Columbia Kentucky’s total ACA is ($1.1552) per Mcf, which is an increase of $0.3619 per Mcf from its previous total ACA of ($1.5171) per Mcf, replaced with the following language: Columbia Kentucky’s report sets out a current quarter Actual Cost Adjustment (ACA) of ($0.2511) per Mcf. Columbia Kentucky’s total ACA is ($1.1552) per Mcf, which is an increase of $0.3619 per Mcf from its previous total ACA of ($1.5171) per Mcf. 2. The following is stricken from page 2 of the final Order: Columbia Kentucky’s report sets out a Balancing Adjustment (BA) of ($0.04201) per Mcf, which is a decrease of ($1.8083) per Mcf from its previous BA of 1.3882 per Mcf, and replaced with the following language: Columbia Kentucky’s report sets out a Balancing Adjustment (BA) of ($0.4201) per Mcf, which is a decrease of ($1.8083) per Mcf from its previous BA of 1.3882 per Mcf. 3. All other provisions of the Commission’s August 19, 2024 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Order Entered nunc pro tunc, that: 1. The following is stricken from page 2 of the rate Appendix under the heading “RATE SCHEDULE SS”: Standby Service Commodity Charge per Mcf 1.4192 1.3192 And replaced with the following language: Standby Service Commodity Charge per Mcf 1.3192 1.3192 2. All other provisions of the Commission’s August 19, 2024 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Columbia Kentucky and set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for billing with the final meter readings beginning on and after August 28, 2024. 2. Columbia Kentucky shall submit all invoices it receives along with its monthly usage reports for each month of the reporting period when it files its future GCA rate reports. 3. Columbia Kentucky’s future GCA reports shall include an electronic version containing supporting calculations in Excel spreadsheet format with all formulas, columns, and rows unprotected and fully accessible. 4. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Columbia Kentucky shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
