Order Entered: 1. The Attorney General’s motion to intervene is granted subject to the conditions set forth herein. 2. The Attorney General is entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission’s Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted into the record. 3. The Attorney General shall comply with all provisions of the Commission’s regulations, 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to the service and electronic filing of documents. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. Filings shall comply with the Commission’s July 22, 2021, Order in Case No. 2020-00085 regarding filings with the Commission. 4. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(9), within seven days of service of this Order, the Attorney General shall file a written statement with the Commission that: a. Certifies that it, or its agent, possesses the facilities to receive electronic transmissions; and b. Sets forth the electronic mail address to which all electronic notices and messages related to this proceeding shall be served. |

Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is initiated to investigate and examine the managerial and operating practices of Kentucky Power. 2. Pursuant to KRS 278.255, a competent, qualified, and independent firm shall be retained to perform a full and comprehensive audit of the management and operational efficiency of Kentucky Power. 3. Pursuant to KRS 278.255(3), Kentucky Power shall bear the cost of this audit. 4. Within 20 days of service of this Order, counsel shall file an entry of appearance. |
