Order Entered: 1. The $26,494.15 cumulative charge shall be included in the calculation of the current quarter ACA component in Case No. 2026-00225 for rates effective October 1, 2026. 2. The EGC component of $6.5074 per Mcf and the ACA component of $01636 per Mcf proposed by Natural Energy in Case No. 2026-00042 are approved as filed. 3. The EGC component of $3.3824 per Mcf and the ACA component of $1.0356 per Mcf proposed by Natural Energy in Case No. 2026-00131 are approved as filed. 4. Natural Energy shall account for the inclusion of the ACA components of ($0.2177) per Mcf and ($0.2839) per Mcf in the total ACA component of $1.0356 per Mcf from July 2026 through September 2026 by using the methodology discussed herein above and shall reflect any resulting true-up in the calculation of the ACA component to be effective January 1, 2027. 5. Except to the extent they are included in and discussed with respect to the true-ups above, the rates proposed in this GCR filing are denied. 6. The rates placed into effect subject refund in Case No. 2026-00131 shall remain in place, subject to refund, until further order by the Commission in Case No. 2026-00225 and Case No. 2026-00131, consistent with this Order. 7. A copy of this Order shall be entered into the record in Case No. 2026-00042 and 2026-00131.

Order Entered: 1. Natural Energy’s proposed GCR rates are suspended for one day, until July 2, 2026. 2. Natural Energy’s proposed GCR rates may be placed in effect by Natural Energy on or after July 2, 2026, pending the final Order in this matter and subject to refund, provided Natural Energy files written notice to the Commission of its intention to do so as required by KRS 278.190(2). 3. If Natural Energy files notice of its intention to place the proposed GCR rates into effect after the end of the suspension period, Natural Energy shall maintain its records in such manner as will allow it, the Commission, or any customer to determine the amounts to be refunded and to whom in the event a refund is ordered upon final resolution of this matter. 4. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. The Commission directs the parties to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085 regarding filings with the Commission.
