Order Entered: 1. The Commission initiates three, 6-month, reviews concurrently to examine KU’s application of its FAC from November 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025; May 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025; and November 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. 2. The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. 3. On or before the date set forth in the procedural schedule, KU shall file its responses to Commission Staff’s request for information, attached to this Order as Appendix B. KU shall respond to any additional requests for information propounded by Commission Staff as provided in those requests. 4. KU shall respond to additional requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, whether identified on the procedural schedule, or otherwise as provided in those requests. 5. All documents that KU filed with the Commission during the three 6-month periods under review pursuant to 807 KAR 5:056, Section 2(1)–(4), are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding.
