Order Entered: 1. Delta’s September 26, 2025 petition for confidential treatment is granted. 2. The designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for indefinite period or until further order of this Commission. 3. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. If the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment, Delta shall inform the Commission and file with the Commission an unredacted copy of the designated material. 5. If a nonparty to this proceeding requests to inspect the material granted confidential treatment by this Order and the period during which the material has been granted confidential treatment has not expired, Delta shall have 20 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the material still falls within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If Delta is unable to make such demonstration, the requested material shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, the Commission shall deny the request for inspection.

Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Delta are denied. 2. The rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered on and after October 27, 2025. 3. Delta shall submit all invoices it receives along with its monthly usage reports for each month of the reporting period when it files its future GCR rate reports. 4. Should Delta purchase sustainable natural gas from a renewable source during the reporting period of any future GCR reports, then the supplier, cost, and amount shall be documented in its cover letter to the Commission. 5. Delta shall continue to include information pertaining to the natural gas storage injections and withdrawals in the EGC and ACA components in its future GCR rate report filings. 6. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Delta shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 7. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
