The treated sewage adjustment factor of $0.84 per monthly bill is approved for customers with a flat monthly rate. 3. The rates proposed by Mountain District are approved; however, the proposed September 2, 2026, effective date is denied. 4. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for wastewater treatment service rendered by Mountain District on and after September 9, 2026. 5. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Mountain District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
