Order Entered: 1. The Commission initiates three, 6-month, reviews concurrently to examine EKPC’s application of its FAC from November 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025; May 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025; and November 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. 2. The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. 3. On or before the date set forth in the procedural schedule, EKPC shall file its responses to Commission Staff’s request for information, attached to this Order as Appendix B. EKPC shall respond to any additional requests for information propounded by Commission Staff as provided in those requests. 4. EKPC shall respond to additional requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, whether identified on the procedural schedule, or otherwise as provided in those requests. 5. All documents that EKPC filed with the Commission during the three 6-month periods under review pursuant to 807 KAR 5:056, Section 2(1)–(4), are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding. 6. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. The Commission directs the parties to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085¹ regarding filings with the Commission.
