Order Entered: 1. The Commission initiates three 6-month reviews concurrently to examine the Cooperatives’ application of their FAC from November 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025; May 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025; and November 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. 2. Each Cooperative shall individually file with the Commission, on or before December 2, 2026, an affidavit attesting to its compliance or noncompliance with the requirements of 807 KAR 5:056 for the entire review period of November 1, 2024, through April 30, 2026. 3. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. The Commission directs the Cooperatives to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085 regarding filings with the Commission. |
