The designated information contained in documents Water Service Kentucky filed in response to Items 2(g), 4(d), and 5(b) of the Attorney General’s second request for information shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period or until further Order of this Commission. 3. Final Order Entered: 1. Water Service Kentucky’s application for an adjustment of its rates is denied as proposed. 2. The rates and charges set forth in Appendix C of this Order are approved for the water service that Water Service Kentucky renders on and after the date of this Order. 3. Water Service Kentucky’s proposed QIP tariff rider is denied. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Water Service Kentucky shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rate approved herein and reflecting that it was approved pursuant to this Order. 5. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Water Service Kentucky shall file with the Commission a revised contract of service agreement with the late fee language revised to discontinue late fees according to the terms of this Order. 6. Within 20 day of the date of entry of this Order, Water Service Kentucky shall file through the Commission’s Electronic Tariff Filing system new nonrecurring charges reflecting the marginal cost of each nonrecurring service. Additionally, Water Service Kentucky is to file support for continuing the $27.00 New Customer Account Setup Fee. 7. Water Service Kentucky shall file testimony regarding the ROE applied to a rate base/rate of return methodology in its next application for a rate increase. 8. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
