Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule established on October 9, 2024, is amended. 2. An in-person informal conference will be held January 29, 2025, at 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, at the offices if the Kentucky Public Service Commission, 211 Sower Blvd., Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 3. A virtual link shall be provided for out of state attendees who cannot be present. Any attendee that cannot attend the IC in person will need to request approval on the record that they will need to exercise the virtual attendance option and state their reason. 4. All supplemental requests for information to EKPC shall be filed no later than February 6, 2025. 5. EKPC shall file responses to supplemental requests for information no later than February 20, 2025. 5. A public hearing to be held at 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time beginning March 17, 2025, at the offices of the Public Service Commission, 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, for the purpose of cross-examination of witnesses of EKPC. 6. All provisions of the Commission’s October 9, 2024 Order that are in conflict with the provisions of this Order are vacated, and all other provisions not in conflict with the provisions of this Order shall remain in effect. |

Order Entered: 1. A hearing in this matter shall be held on March 17, 2025, at 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, and continuing until called from the bench by the presiding officer, at the offices of the Public Service Commission at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky. 2. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 2, if the hearing is not concluded on the designated day, the hearing may be continued upon verbal announcement by the presiding officer. A verbal announcement made by the presiding officer shall be proper notice of the continued hearing. 3. Witnesses who sponsor schedules, testimony, or responses to requests for information shall participate in person at the March 17, 2025 hearing. 4. All parties shall file a witness list at least seven days prior to the hearing date. 5. Any motions related to the hearing shall be filed at least five days prior to the hearing. 6. EKPC shall give notice of the hearing in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(2)(b). In addition, the notice of hearing shall include the following statements: “This hearing will be streamed live and may be viewed on the PSC website, psc.ky.gov” and “Public comments may be made at the beginning of the hearing. Those wishing to make oral public comments may do so by following the instructions listed on the PSC website, psc.ky.gov.” At the time the notice is mailed or publication is requested, EKPC shall forward a duplicate of the notice and request to the Commission. |

Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 2. EKPC shall respond to all requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, whether identified on the procedural schedule or otherwise, as provided in those requests. 3. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. The Commission directs the parties to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085¹ regarding filings with the Commission. 4.
