Order Entered nunc pro tunc, that: 1. The effective date in ordering paragraphs 3 thru 18 of the December 26, 2019 Order is amended to February 1, 2020. 2. Appendix D of the December 26, 2019 Order is amended as follows: SCHEDULE II SMALL COMMERCIAL AND SMALL POWER Single Phase: First 3,000 kWh $ 0.08792; Over 3,000 kWh $ 0.08431; Three Phase: First 3,000 kWh $ 0.08792; Over 3,000 kWh $ 0.08431. 3. Appendix 0 of the December 26, 2019 Order is amended as follows: SCHEDULE STL STREET LIGHTING SERVICE Rate per Light per Month as Follows: Mercury Vapor or Sodium 0 - 20,000 Lumens $ 8.36; All LED Lights on 12/3/17 10,500 Lumens $ 16.08; Mercury Vapor or Sodium Over 20,000 Lumens $ 13.52. 4. Appendix L to the December 26, 2019 Order is replaced with the Appendix attached to this Order. 5. All other provisions of the December 26, 2019 Order shall remain in full force and effect. 6. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Owen and Cumberland Valley shall individually file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.

Final Order Entered: 1. The charges and credits applied by each individual Cooperative through the FAC for the period from November 1, 2016 Through October 31 , 2018, are approved. 2. Each individual Cooperative shall deduct from its base energy rates, adjusted for line loss, to reflect the reduction of $0.00152 per kWh by EKPC in Case No. 2019-00003. 3. The rates for Big Sandy Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation in Appendix A to this Order are approved for service rendered on and after February 1, 2019, the effective date of EKPC's change in rates. The rates in the Appendix A to this Order are designed to reflect the reduction of $.00161 per kWh to base energy rates. 4. The rates for Blue Grass Energy Cooperative Corporation in Appendix B to this Order are approved for service rendered on and after February 1, 2019, the effective date of EKPC's change in rates. The rates in Appendix B to this Order are designed to reflect the reduction of $.00160 per kWh to base energy rates. 5. The rates for Clark Energy Cooperative, Inc., in Appendix C to this Order are approved for service rendered on and after February 1, 2019, the effective date of EKPC's change in rates. The rates in Appendix C to this Order are designed to reflect the reduction of $.00160 per kWh to base energy rates.
