Order Entered nunc pro tunc, that: 1. Green River Valley District’s motion is granted. 2. Appendix B to the Commission’s October 30, 2023 Order, as previously amended by Commission Order on November 13, 2023, is further amended, as attached, to correct the rate schedule for all meter classifications except 5/8 x 3/4-inch meter and the minimum bill for a 1.5-inch meter is revised to reflect the requested rate of $80.99. This rate schedule and the rates provided in the attached Appendix B shall be effective retroactively beginning October 30, 2023. 3. All other provisions of the Commission’s October 30, 2023 Order, as amended by the November 13, 2023 Order, that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

The Commission HEREBY ORDERS, nunc pro tunc, that: 1. Green River Valley District’s motion is granted.2. Appendix B to the Commission’s October 30, 2023 Order is amended to reflect a tap fee for 5/8-inch x 3/4-inch meter of $1,227 and a minimum bill for a 1.5-inch meter of $81.40. 3. All other provisions of the Commission’s October 30, 2023 Order that are not in conflict with the provisions of this Order shall remain in effect. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

Final Order Entered: 1. Green River Valley District’s application for an adjustment of its rates is denied as proposed. 2. The general water service rates set forth in Appendix B of this Order are approved for the water service that Green River Valley District renders on and after the date of this Order. 3. The nonrecurring charges set forth in Appendix B of this Order are approved for the water service that Green River Valley District renders on and after the date of this Order. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Green River Valley District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the general water rates approved herein and reflecting that it was approved pursuant to this Order. 5. Within 20 day of the date of entry of this Order, Green River Valley District shall file through the Commission’s Electronic Tariff Filing system new nonrecurring charges reflecting the marginal cost of each nonrecurring service. 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: 1. Green River Valley District’s proposed rates are suspended for five months, up to and including November 3, 2023. 2. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 3. Green River Valley District shall respond to all requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, whether identified on the procedural schedule or otherwise, as provided in those requests. 4. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001E, Section 8. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. The Commission directs the parties to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085² regarding filings with the Commission. 5. As set forth in 807 KAR 5:001E, Section 4(11)(a), a person requesting permissive intervention in a Commission proceeding is required to demonstrate either (1) a special interest in the proceeding that is not adequately represented in the case, or (2) that the person requesting permissive intervention is likely to present issues or develop facts that will assist the Commission in fully considering the matter without unduly complicating or disrupting the proceedings.
