Order Entered nunc pro tunc, that: 1. The case style is amended to read: An Electronic Examination by the Public Service Commission of the Environmental Surcharge Mechanism of Louisville Gas and Electric Company for the Six-Month Billing Periods Ending April 30, 2020, October 31, 2020, October 31, 2021, April 30, 2022, October 31, 2022, and October 31, 2023, and for the Two-Year Billing Periods Ending April 30, 2021 and April 30, 2023 2. The first full paragraph on page 2 of the Order is stricken and is replaced with the following language: On its own motion, the Commission initiates (1) the six-month review of LG&E’s environmental surcharge for the billing months ending April 30, 2020, October 31, 2020, October 31, 2021, April 30, 2022, October 31, 2022, and October 31, 2023; and (2) the two-year review of LG&E’s environmental surcharge for the billing months ending April 30, 2021, and April 30, 2023. 3. All other provisions of the Commission’s January 3, 2024 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. 2. On or before the date set forth in the procedural schedule, LG&E shall file its responses to the information requested in Appendix B attached to this Order. 3. LG&E shall respond to any additional requests for information propounded by Commission Staff as provided in those requests. 4. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to the service and electronic filing of papers shall be followed in this proceeding. 5. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. The Commission directs the parties to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085² regarding filings with the Commission. 6. If a party objects to the use of electronic filing procedures and the Commission determines that good cause exists to excuse that party from the use of electronic filing procedures, service of documents on that party and by that party shall be made in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(8).
