Final Order Entered: 1. Northern Kentucky District is authorized to issue bonds up to $19,600,000, but no more than the total amount needed to pay off the BAN proposed to be refinanced as identified in the Application. The loan maturity date and interest rate shall be in accordance with the refinancing program as described in Northern Kentucky District's Application. 2. Northern Kentucky District shall execute the bond issuance as authorized herein. 3. Northern Kentucky District shall provide the Commission an updated version of the Application, Exhibit A, reflecting the cash flow analysis of the bond issuance within 30 days of finalizing the transaction. 4. Within 30 days of the issuance of the bond, Northern Kentucky District shall file with the Commission the loan documentation with a statement setting forth the date or dates of issuance and terms of the new bond authorized, including the interest rate(s). 5. Northern Kentucky District's proposed rates are approved. 6. The Phase 1 rates as set forth in Appendix A to this Order are approved for service rendered by Northern Kentucky District on and after the date of this Order. 7. The Phase 2 rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for service rendered by Northern Kentucky District effective on first anniversary of date of this Order. 8. One month prior to effective date of Phase 2 rates, Northern Kentucky District shall publish a notice with the rate schedule as set forth in Appendix C to this Order. |

Order Entered: 1. Northern Kentucky District's proposed tariffs are suspended for five months from November 10, 2018, up to and including April 9, 2019. 2. The Commission will continue Northern Kentucky District's Application for Financing beyond the 60-day period specified in KRS 278.300(2) in order to determine the reasonableness of the proposed financing. 3. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. a. Responses to requests for information in paper medium shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed and shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided, with an original in paper medium, and an electronic version to the Commission. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or, for representatives of a public or private corporation or a partnership or association or a governmental agency, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person's knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. |
