Final Order Entered: 1. Garrard Water and Lancaster’s motions to submit the matter on the record are granted. 2. The wholesale rates proposed by Lancaster for service to Garrard Water are denied. 3. The wholesale rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered on and after the date of this Order. 4. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Lancaster shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, its revised tariff sheet setting forth the rates approved herein and reflecting their effective dates and that they were authorized by this Order. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule established on January 5, 2024, is amended, as reflected in an Appendix to this Order. 2. Garrard County Water’s motion to intervene is granted. 3. Garrard County Water is entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission’s Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. Further, Garrard County Water shall comply with all provisions of the Commission’s regulations, 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to the service and electronic filing of documents. 4. Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is established to investigate the reasonableness of the proposed tariff. 2. Lancaster’s proposed tariff is suspended for five months from January 11, 2024, up to and including June 10, 2024. 3. Lancaster shall, by counsel, enter an appearance in this proceeding within seven days of the date of service of this Order. The entry of appearance shall include the name, address, telephone number, fax number, and electronic mail address of counsel. 4. Lancaster shall file responses to the request for information attached as Appendix C to this Order no later than January 22, 2024. 5. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to service and electronic filing of papers shall be followed in this proceeding. 6. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(9), within seven days of the date of service of this Order, Lancaster shall file by electronic means a written statement that it waives any right to service of Commission Orders by United States mail and that it or its authorized agent possess the facilities to receive electronic submissions.
