Commission HEREBY ORDERS, nunc pro tunc, that: 1. The following ordering paragraphs are stricken from the Commission’s March 8, 2023 Order: 2. Any party desiring to file comments regarding the Commission Staff’s Report on EKPC’s 2022 IRP shall do so on or before March 21, 2023. 3. EKPC shall file comments with respect to the Commission Staff’s Report and in response to Intervenor comments on or before April 4, 2023 2.
