Final Order Entered: 1. Columbia Gas's existing High-Efficiency Appliance Rebates Program and Home Energy Audits are terminated. 2. Columbia Gas's proposed cost recovery through the EEC Rider is denied. 3. Any future DSM applications filed by Columbia Gas shall include the information as described in the findings above. 4. The DSM rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved for final meter readings for the November 2018 billing cycle. 5. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Columbia Gas shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. |

Order Entered: 1. The motions of Columbia Gas to extend the time to file responses to Staff's Third Request, to suspend the existing procedural schedule, and to amend the procedural schedule are granted. 2. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 3. Columbia Gas shall give notice of the hearing in accordance with the provisions set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(2). In addition, the notice of hearing shall include the following statement: "This hearing will be streamed live and may be viewed on the PSC website, psc.ky.gov." At the time publication is requested, Columbia Gas shall forward a duplicate of the notice and request to the Commission. 4. At any public hearing in this matter, neither opening statements nor summarization of direct testimonies shall be permitted. 5. Pursuant to KRS 278.360 and 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(9), a digital video recording shall be made of the hearing. 6. The Commission does not look favorably upon motions for continuance. Accordingly, motions for extensions of time with respect to the schedule herein shall be made in writing and will be granted only upon a showing of good cause. 7. Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Commission from entering further Orders in this matter. |

Responses to requests for information in paper medium shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed and shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided, with an original and six copies in paper medium, and an electronic version to the Commission. b. Order Entered: This proceeding is established to investigate the reasonableness of Columbia's proposed tariff revision, as well as the EECP as a whole. 2. The proposed tariff revision is suspended for five months, from January 31, 2018, up to and including June 29, 2018. 3. Any party filing a paper shall upload an electronic version using the Commission's E-Filing System and shall file the original in paper medium. 4. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(9), within seven days of entry of this Order, Columbia shall file a written statement with the Commission that: a. Certifies that it, or its agent, possesses the facilities to receive electronic transmissions; and b. Sets forth the electronic mail address to which all electronic notices and messages related to this proceeding should be served. 5.
