A video conference hearing in this matter shall be held on May 18, 2021, at 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, in the Richard Raff Hearing Room at the offices of the Public Service Commission at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky. 2. Not less than 7 days and no more than 21 days prior to the scheduled hearing, Duke Kentucky shall publish, in a newspaper of general circulation in each area in which it serves, notice of the purpose, time, place, and date of the scheduled hearing.
