The case style is amended to read: An Electronic Examination by the Public Service Commission of the Environmental Surcharge Mechanism of Kentucky Power Company for the Six-Month Billing Periods Ending December 31, 2019, June 30, 2020, December 31, 2020, December 31, 2021, June 30, 2022, and December 31, 2022, and the Two-Year Billing Periods Ending June 30, 2021 and June 30, 2023 2. The first full paragraph on page 2 of the Order is stricken and is replaced with the following language: On its own motion, the Commission initiates (1) the six-month review of Kentucky Power’s environmental surcharge for the expense periods ending December 31, 2019, June 30, 2020, December 31, 2020, December 31, 2021, June 30, 2022, and December 31, 2022, and (2) the two-year review of Kentucky Power’s environmental surcharge for expense periods ending June 30, 2021, and June 30, 2023. 3. The first ordering paragraph is stricken and replaced with the following language: This proceeding is initiated to review Kentucky Power’s environmental surcharge for the billing periods set forth in this Order. 4. In Appendix B, Commission Staff’s First Request for Information to Kentucky Power, the first sentence in Item 1 is stricken and is replaced with the following language: Prepare a summary schedule showing the calculation of E(m) and the surcharge factor for the expense months covered by the billing periods under review.

The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. 3. On or before the date set forth in the procedural schedule, Kentucky Power shall file its responses to the information requested in Appendix B attached to this Order. 4. Kentucky Power shall respond to any additional requests for information propounded by Commission Staff as provided in those requests. 5. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to the service and electronic filing of papers shall be followed in this proceeding.
