Order Entered: 1. The Commission opens this case for the limited purpose of addressing the new evidence regarding West Shelby District’s rate schedule. 2. The rate schedule contained in Appendix A to the February 24, 2022 Order is stricken and replaced with the rate scheduled contained in the Appendix to this Order. 3. All other provisions of the February 24, 2022 Order not otherwise in conflict with this Order remain in full force and effect. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

Final Order Entered: 1. The findings contained in the Staff Report are adopted and incorporated by reference into this Order as if fully set out herein. 2. The rates originally proposed by West Shelby District are denied. 3. The rates set forth in Appendix A to this Order are approved for services rendered by West Shelby District on and after the date of this Order. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, West Shelby District shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and their effective date and stating that the rates and charges were authorized by this Order. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
