Final Order Entered: 1. South Eastern Water is granted a CPCN to proceed with the implementation of the AMI System Project as set forth in its application. 2. South Eastern Water shall notify the Commission prior to performing any additional construction no expressly authorized by this Order. 3. Any deviation from the approved project shall be undertaken only with prior approval of the Commission. 4. South Eastern Water shall file with the Commission documentation of the total costs of this project, including the cost of construction and all other capitalized costs (e.g., engineering, legal, and administrative), within 60 days of the date that the project is substantially completed.
