Order Entered: 1. The conditional approval of the acquisition of Delta as granted in the July 13, 2017 Order has not become unconditional. 2. This case should be reopened to supplement the record. 3. Within seven days of the date of this Order the Chief Legal Officer of SRIFNA and SRLDCI shall file an unconditional acknowledgement accepting and agreeing to be bound by all of the commitments enumerated in the Appendix to the July 13, 2017 Order or clarify why he cannot unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by those commitments. |

Final Order Entered: 1. PNG's acquisition of Delta is approved, subject to the filing within seven days of the date of this Order of the written acknowledgements described in Finding No. 3 above. 2. Within five days of consummation of the acquisition, PNG shall file a written notice setting forth the date of acquisition. 3. Within 20 days of the consummation of the acquisition, PNG shall file the journal entries it proposes to record the acquisition. The acquisition shall be recorded in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts. 4. Within 20 days of the completion of the acquisition, PNG shall file a signed and dated tariff adoption notice in accordance with 807 KAR 5:011, Section 11. 5. Any document filed in the future pursuant to ordering paragraphs 1 through 3 herein shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the utility's general correspondence file . |

Order Entered: 1. Joint Applicants' request for approval of the proposed acquisition of ownership and control is continued for an additional 60 days from May 16, 2017, to July 15, 2017, pursuant to KRS 278.020(6). 2. The procedural schedule for processing the review of the proposed transfer of control is attached hereto as an Appendix and shall be followed in this case. 3. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, and shall also file the original and six copies in paper medium. The original and six copies in paper medium shall be appropriately bound, tabbed and indexed. 4. All parties shall respond to any interrogatories or requests for production of documents that Commission Staff submits in accordance with the procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix. 5. a. Responses to requests for information shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided. Order Entered: 1. The motion of the Attorney General to intervene is granted. 2. The Attorney General shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission's Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. 3. The Attorney General shall comply with all provisions of the Commission's regulations, 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to the service and electronic filing of documents. 4. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(9), within seven days of entry of this Order, the Attorney General shall file a written statement with the Commission that: a.
