Final Order Entered: 1. Thacker-Grigsby Telephone’s proposed tariff revision is approved effective February 20, 2025. 2. Within ten days of the date of service of this Order, Thacker-Grigsby Telephone shall file with the Commission, its revised tariff setting forth the provision approved in this Order, and reflecting the effective date and that the provision was authorized by this Order. 3. Prior to reinstating the assessment of late payment fees, Thacker-Grigsby Telephone shall file a revised tariff, through the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, removing the provision to temporarily suspend the assessment of late payment fees. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
