Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule established on August 21, 2023, and amended on October 6, 2023, is amended. 2. Commission Staff’s Report shall be filed no later than December 22, 2023. 3. East Casey District shall file its written response and objections, if any, to the findings contained in Commission Staff’s Report within 14 days of service of Commission Staff’s Report. 4. All provisions of the Commission’s August 21, 2023 and October 6, 2023 Orders that are not in conflict with this Order shall remain in effect.

Commission HEREBY ORDERS, nunc pro tunc, that: 1. The response due date of October 17, 2023, is stricken and replaced with a response due date of October 31, 2023. 2. All other provisions of Commission Staff’s October 17, 2023 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Order Entered: 1. East Casey District’s request for additional time is granted. 2. East Casey District shall file its responses to Staff’s First Request no later than October 3, 2023. 3. The Commission does not look favorably upon requests for extensions of time. Accordingly, future requests for extensions of time with respect to the amended procedural schedule shall be made in writing and will be granted only upon a showing of good cause. 4. East Casey District shall file any responses to Staff’s First Request that it has already completed before the October 3, 2023 deadline. 5. The amended procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 6. All provisions of the Commission’s August 21, 2023 Order that are not in conflict with this Order shall remain in effect.

Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. 2. On or before the date set forth in the procedural schedule, East Casey District shall file its responses to the Commission Staff’s request for information, attached to this Order as Appendix B. 3. East Casey District shall respond to any additional requests for information propounded by Commission Staff as provided in those requests. 4. No later than the date set forth in the procedural schedule, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report (Commission Staff’s Report) containing its findings and recommendations regarding East Casey District’s requested rate adjustment. 5. No later than 14 days after the date of service of the Commission Staff’s Report, each party of record shall file with the Commission: a. Its written comments on and any objections to the findings contained in the Commission Staff’s Report; and b. Any additional evidence for the Commission to consider.
