Order Entered nunc pro tunc, that: 1. The following is added to the May 2, 2023 Order as ordering paragraph 3: The rate approved by this Order is fair, just and reasonable and should be approved for the provision of wholesale water service to Union District for services rendered on and after the date of service of the May 2, 2023 Order. 2. The following is added to the May 2, 2023 Order as ordering paragraph 4: Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Morganfield shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rate and charge approved by this Order and its effective date, and also stating that the rate and charge were authorized by this Order. 3. All other provisions of the Commission’s May 2, 2023 Order that are not in conflict with the provisions of this Order shall remain in effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The wholesale rate of $3.4114 per 1,000 gallons proposed by Morganfield is granted. 2. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is established to investigate the reasonableness of the proposed tariff. 2. Morganfield’s proposed tariff is suspended for five months from January 1, 2023, up to and including May 31, 2023. 3. Morganfield shall, by counsel, enter an appearance in this proceeding within seven days of the date of service of this Order. The entry of appearance shall include the name, address, telephone number, fax number, and electronic mail address of counsel. 4. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to service and electronic filing of papers shall be followed in this proceeding. 5. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(9), within seven days of the date of service of this Order, Morganfield shall file by electronic means a written statement that it waives any right to service of Commission Orders by United States mail and that it or its authorized agent possess the facilities to receive electronic submissions.
