Order Entered: 1. Appendix A to the Commission's Order to July 31, 2013 is amended, nunc pro tunc, to reflect that Grayson's demand charge for tariff Schedules 13(b) and 13(c) is $7.23 per kW. 2. The revised tariff sheets for Schedules 13(b) and 13(c) filed by Grayson with its motion are approved. 3. A new case shall be established to investigate the issues raised by Grayson's motion regarding Schedule 14(b) and Schedule 3. 4. The Commission shall incorporate the July 31, 2013 Order and Grayson's February 3, 2014 motion into the new proceeding. 5. All other provisions of the July 31, 2013 Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Order Entered: 1. Grayson’s proposed energy charges are denied and all other proposed rates and tariffs are approved, including the $19 Residential Time of Day Customer Charge as revised in the post hearing data response, for service rendered on or after the date of this Order. 2. The rates in Appendix A to this Order are approved for service rendered by Grayson on and after the date of this Order. 3. Grayson shall apprise the Commission within ten days of all communication with RUS in order for it to be informed of the resolution of its financial situation. 4. Commencing in 2014, at the same time Grayson files its annual financial report with the Commission, Grayson shall file five copies of its Prepay Metering Program annual reports with the Commission which contain the status of the program and the information as set out in Appendix B. 5. Commencing in 2014, at the same time Grayson files its annual financial report with the Commission, Grayson shall file five copies of its DSM annual reports with the Commission which contain the status of each DSM and energy-efficiency program and which contain the information as set out in Findings paragraph 7 above. 6. Upon request of Grayson, Commission Staff shall schedule a technical conference to address any questions concerning the requirements set out in this Order.

Order Entered: A hearing shall be scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 1O:OO a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission’s offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky. 2. Order Entered: 1. Grayson’s rates are suspended for five months from the February 28, 2013 effective date up to and including July 27, 2013. 2. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix shall be followed. 3. a. Responses to requests for information shall be appropriately bound. b. Each response shall be answered under oath. c. A party shall make timely amendment to any prior response if it obtains information which indicates that the response was incorrect when made. d. For any request to which a party fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, that party shall provide a written explanation. 4. Any party filing testimony shall file an original and ten copies with the Commission, with copies to all parties of record. 5. Grayson shall give notice of the hearing in accordance with the provisions set out in 807 KAR 5:011, Section 8(5). At the time publication is requested, Grayson shall forward a duplicate of the notice and request to the Commission. 6. At any public hearing in this matter, neither opening statements nor summarization of direct testimony shall be permitted. 7. Any objections or motions relating to discovery or procedural dates shall be filed upon four business days’ notice or the filing party shall explain, in writing, why such notice was not possible. 8. Motions for extensions of time with respect to the schedule herein shall be made in writing and will be granted only upon a showing of good cause.
