Order Entered; Jessamine District’s proposed rates are denied. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.17 per 1,000 gallons as calculated in Appendix A is approved, and the rates in Appendix B are fair, just, and reasonable and are approved for services rendered on and after November 15,2010. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Jessamine District shall file with the Commission a revised tariff sheet showing the rates approved herein.
