Order Entered: 1. Knott District's motion for confidential treatment for its response to Letcher District's and Hindman's, Request No. 15 is granted. 2. The designated material in Knott District's response to Letcher District's and Hindman's, Request No. 15 shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for ten years, or until further Orders of this Commission. 3. Use of the materials in question in any Commission proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Knott District shall inform the Commission if the information in question becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment. 5. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect the material granted confidential treatment by this Order and the period during which the materials have been granted confidential treatment has not run, then Knott District shall have 30 days from receipt of written notice of request to demonstrate the materials still fall within exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If Knott District is unable to make such demonstration, the requested materials shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, Commission shall deny request for inspection. 6. The Commission shall not make requested materials available for inspection for 30 days following Order finding the materials no longer qualify for confidential treatment in order to allow Knott District to seek a remedy afforded by law.

The designated materials in Knott District's response to Commission Staff's, Request No. 3 is not exempt from public disclosure and shall be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection. 3. If Knott District objects to the Commission's determination that the requested information not be granted confidential treatment, it must seek either rehearing pursuant to KRS 278.400 or judicial review of this Order pursuant to KRS 278.410. Failure to exercise either of these statutory rights will be deemed as agreement with the Commission's determination of which materials should be granted confidential treatment. 4. Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be followed. 2. In addition to the procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix, no later than November 13, 2019, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report (Staff Report) containing its findings and recommendations regarding Knott District's requested rate adjustment. 3. No later than 14 days after the date of the filing of the Staff Report, each party of record shall file with the Commission: a.
