Carl Knockelman Jr. Response to October 10, 2025 Order and Request for Additional Time to File Amended Complaint

Order Entered: 1. Mr. Knochelmann’s complaint fails to state a prima facie case. 2. Mr. Knochelmann shall have 20 days from the date of this Order to file an amended complaint with the Commission that conforms to the requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Section 20(1), and establishes a prima facie case. 3. Mr. Knochelmann may file his amended complaint with the Commission by U.S. Postal Service mail to P.O. Box 615, Frankfort, Kentucky 40602-0615 or by email to PSCED@ky.gov. Mr. Knochelmann shall reference Case No. 2025-00238 in all filings with the Commission.4. A copy of this Order shall be served upon Mr. Knochelmann by U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, and First-Class Mail to 3032 Belle Meade Lane, Edgewood, Kentucky 41017.

Northern Kentucky Water District Response to Commission Staff First Request for Information

Order Entered: 1. A copy of this Order shall be served on Northern Kentucky District by and through the electronic mail address the district has on file with the Commission and by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail to 2835 Crescent Springs Road, P.O. Box 18640, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018-0640, for the sole purpose of requesting necessary documents to assist the Commission in determining whether the complaint establishes a prima facie case. 2. Northern Kentucky District shall respond to Commission Staff’s request for information as provided in Appendix A attached to this Order. 3. Northern Kentucky District shall respond to any additional requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, as provided in those requests. 4. A copy of this Order shall be served on Mr. Knochelmann by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail at 3032 Belle Meade Lane Edgewood, Kentucky 41017.
