Order Entered: 1. The complaint fails to state a prima facie case and does not comply with Section 20 of 807 KAR 5:001. 2. Complainant shall have 20 days from the service of this Order to file an amended complaint with the Commission that conforms to the requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Section 20, and establishes a prima facie case over which the Commission has jurisdiction. 3. Complainant may file his amended complaint with the Commission by U.S. Postal Service mail to P.O. Box 615, Frankfort, Kentucky 40602-0615 or by email to PSCED@ky.gov. Complainant shall include the case number, 2025-00205, in all filings with the Commission. 4. A copy of this order shall be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service First- Class Mail and Certified Mail, return receipt requested, to Roy Leon Tyndall at 200 Baybrook Cir., Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356. Pursuant to Section 4(8) of 807 KAR 5:001, service shall be complete upon mailing.
