Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.15 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. The rates proposed by Sharpsburg District are denied. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered by Sharpsburg District on and after September 15, 2023. 4. Within 14 days of the date of service of this Order, Sharpsburg District shall republish a corrected notice in a newspaper of general circulation in its territory. The customer notice shall contain the information set forth in Appendix B of this Order. 5. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Sharpsburg District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
