Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.41 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. The rates proposed by Nicholas District are denied. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered by Nicholas District on and after March 29, 2022. 4. Within 14 days from the date of this Order, Nicholas District shall publish a corrected Customer Notice with the rates as set forth in Appendix B. 5. Nicholas District shall provide proof of publication of the notice to the Commission no later than 20 days from the date of this Order. The Commission directs Nicholas District to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085¹³ regarding filings with the Commission. 6. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Nicholas District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. 7. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
