A hearing in this matter shall be held on August 24, 2022, at 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, in the Richard Raff Hearing Room at the offices of the Public Service Commission at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky. 3. Parties shall file a witness list on or before August 17, 2022. 4. The Commission expects to hear testimony from: Chris Iseral; Brandon Baxter with HMB Engineering; Mike Parker with Craley Engineering; Wayne Long with Kirksville Water Association; James Carr with Madison District; and Jared Webb. 5. Madison District’s proposed involvement in this project is suspended until a final Order of this Commission has been entered into this matter. 3.
