Order Entered: nunc pro tunc, that: 1. Appendix B of the March 29, 2022 Order is stricken and is replaced with the Appendix to this Order. 2. All other provisions of the Commission’s March 29, 2022 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The findings contained in the Commission Staff’s Report are adopted with modifications and incorporated by reference into this Order as if fully set out herein. 2. The general service rates proposed by East Clark District are denied. 3. The rates set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for services rendered by East Clark District on and after the date of this Order. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, East Clark District shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and their effective date, and stating that the rates and charges were authorized by this Order. 5. East Clark District shall use the midpoint of the depreciable lives of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners ranges, as proposed in the application and agreed upon by Commission Staff, to depreciate water plant assets for accounting purposes in all future reporting periods. No adjustment to accumulated depreciation or retained earnings should be made to account for this change in the accounting estimate. 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

Order Entered: 1. The January 28, 2022 procedural due date to file a Staff Report, in accordance with the October 27, 2021 procedural schedule is stricken and replaced with a procedural due date of February 11, 2022, to file the Staff Report. 2. No later than February 11, 2022, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report containing its findings regarding East Clark District’s requested rate adjustment. 3. All provisions of the Commission’s Order of October 27, 2021, as amended not in conflict with the provisions of this Order shall remain in effect. 4. East Clark District shall file responses to the information request set forth in the Appendix to this Order no later than January 31, 2022.
