Final Order Entered: 1. McCreary District’s request to shorten the notice period under KRS 278.180(1) is approved. 2. McCreary District’s proposed revision to its tariff is approved for service rendered on and after July 14, 2021. 3. Within 20 days of the date of the entry of this Order, McCreary District shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the revisions approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
