Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Delta and set forth in Appendix to this Order are approved for final meter readings on and after July 26, 2021. 2. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Delta shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 3. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

Order Entered: 1. Delta’s petition for confidential treatment is granted. 2. The designated material granted confidential treatment shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection until further Order of this Commission. 3. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Delta shall inform the Commission if the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment.
