The rates and charges for EKPC’s and its Owner-Members’ COGEN/SPP tariffs, as set forth in the Appendix to this Order, are fair, just and reasonable rates, and these rates are approved for service rendered on and after November 1, 2021. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, EKPC and its Owner-Members shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved by this Order and reflecting their effective date and that they were authorized by this Order. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
