Meade RECC’s motion for confidential treatment for the document provided in response to Staff’s First Request, Item 25 is denied. 4. The designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for ten years or until further Order of this Commission. 5. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 6. Meade RECC shall inform the Commission if the designated material granted confidential treatment becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment. |

Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Meade County RECC are denied. 2. The rates set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for services rendered by Meade County RECC on and after the date of this Order. 3. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Meade County RECC shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and reflecting their effective data and that they were authorized by this Order. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket. |

Order Entered: 1. Meade RECC's rates are suspended for five months from July 5, 2020, until December 5, 2020. 2. Meade RECC is granted a deviation from the requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Section 12(1)(a), and 807 KAR 5:001, Section 16(1)(b)(2), (4)(j)-(s), 4(v), and 5(b)- (d). 3. Meade RECC's 20184 and 20195 annual reports are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding. 4. Requests for intervention shall be filed no later than June 29, 2020. 5. All requests for information to Meade RECC shall be filed no later than July 13, 2020. 6. Meade RECC shall file responses to requests for information no later than July 23, 2020. 7. Any written comments regarding Meade RECC's application shall be filed no later than July 30, 2020. 8. The case shall be submitted for a decision on July 31, 2020. |

Order Entered: 1. The Attorney General is granted intervention in this proceeding. 2. The Attorney General shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission's Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. 3. Within seven days of the date of entry of this Order the Attorney General shall file with the Commission either: a. A statement as required by 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(9), or b. A statement that the Attorney General will not participate in this proceeding. 4. Any comments regarding whether this application should be processed under the streamlined procedure shall be filed within seven days of the date of this Order. 5. The Commission directs the Attorney General to the Commission's March 16, 2020 and March 24, 2020 Orders in Case No. 2020-00085 regarding filings with the Commission. The Commission expects the original documents to be filed with the Commission within 30 days of the lifting of the current state of emergency. |
