Final Order Entered: 1. The Training for McCreary Co. Water District held on November 3, 2017, in Whitley City, Kentucky is accredited and approved for a maximum of six credit hours of water district management training. 2. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. Within 30 days of the entry of this Order, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; and d. A copy of any written material given to water commissioners attending the presentations.
