The presentations scheduled to be held on August 8 and 9, 2017, in Ashland, Kentucky; September 6 and 7, 2017, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky; October 17 and 18, 2017, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky; November 14 and 15, 2017, in Shelbyville, Kentucky; November 28 and 29, 2017, in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; January 16 and 17, 2018, in Carrollton, Kentucky; February 20 and 21, 2018, in Russellville, Kentucky; March 28 and 29, 2018, in Gilbertsville, Kentucky; and April 3 and 4, 2018 in Williamstown, Kentucky, are accredited and approved for a maximum of 12 credit hours of water district management training. 2. Timothy P. Ricketts shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than 30 days after each presentation, Timothy P. Ricketts shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after the application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; and d. A copy of any written material given to water district commissioners attending the presentations.
