Final Order Entered: 1. The PRP rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered by Atmos on and after the date of this Order. 2. In Atmos's future PRP applications, it shall provide a listing of any replacement projects that are not bare steel (whether or not cathodically protected), cathodically unprotected coated steel, and ineffectively coated steel (whether or not cathodically protected), and provide the reason or reasons why the project should be eligible for replacement under the PRP. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Atmos shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. |

Order Entered: 1. The motion of the Attorney General to intervene is granted. 2. The Attorney General shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission's Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. 3. The Attorney General shall comply with all provisions of the Commission's regulations, 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to the service and electronic filing of documents. 4. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(9), within seven days of entry of this Order, the Attorney General shall file a written statement with the Commission that: a. Order Entered: 1. The proposed PRP tariff is suspended for five months from October 1, 2017, up to and including March 1, 2018. 2. a. Atmos, pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, is to file with the Commission the original and an electronic version of its responses to all requests for information listed in the Appendix to this Order. The information requested herein is due no later than August 29, 2017. Responses to requests for information in paper medium shall be appropriately bound, tabbed and indexed. Each response shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or, for representatives of a public or private corporation or a partnership or association or a governmental agency, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or the person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person's knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. c. Atmos shall make timely amendment to any prior response if it obtains information which indicates that the response was incorrect when made or, though correct when made, is now incorrect in any material respect. |
