Final Order Entered: 1. The three regional meetings to be held in Morehead on July 11, 2017, Hawesville on July 13, 2017, and Draffenville on July 20, 2017, are accredited and approved for a maximum of two credit hours each of water district management training. 2. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than 30 days after each presentation, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; d. A copy of any written material given to water district commissioners attending the presentations; and e. Documents indicating whether the Kentucky Bar Association, the Department of Local Government, and the Kentucky Division of Compliance Assistance approved the training for Continuing Legal Education Credit, Elected County Officials Training Incentive Program credit, and Continuing Education for Drinking Water and Waste Water System Operators, respectively, and whether the Kentucky Board of Certification of Water Treatment and Water Distribution System Operators approved the training for continuing education credit. |
