LGE Notice of Satisfaction

Order Entered: 1. Within ten days of the date of service of this Order, LG&E shall file a response to the Complaint of Margaret Beaumont-Carver and shall include copies of bills rendered and payments made for 2015 through 2017. 2. LG&E shall provide a record of any correspondence or communication it may have had with Ms. Beaumont-Carver on this matter. 3. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Parties are to file with the Commission the original and six copies of any responses. Responses to requests for information shall be appropriately bound, tabbed and indexed. Each response shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to questions related to the information provided. 4. Each response shall be answered under oath or, for representatives of a public or private corporation or a partnership or association or a governmental agency, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or the person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person's knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. 5. A party filing a paper containing personal information shall, in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(10), encrypt or redact the paper so that personal information cannot be read. 6. Documents of any kind filed with the Commission in the course of this proceeding shall also be served on all parties of record.
